Yes. Clinic Connects is completely free for both patients and dental clinics. We do not charge any fees for:

Booking & Appointments

After creating an account on Clinic Connects, follow these simple steps to book your appointment:

Go to your User Dashboard
Search for clinics available in your area
View clinic ratings and patient reviews to help you choose the right clinic
Select your preferred clinic
Complete the clinic-specific questionnaire to help reduce wait times during your visit
Click Book Appointment to submit your request
Track and manage your appointment status anytime under the Appointments section of your account

Yes. Patients can browse clinics, review ratings, and read reviews to help choose the right dental provider.

Appointment availability depends on each clinic. Once you submit your booking request, the clinic will confirm your appointment details.

Yes. There are no booking fees for using Clinic Connects.

Rewards Program

Yes. We offer a rewards program for eligible customers who complete qualifying dental visits and treatments.

New customers can receive a $100 reward when they:

Create an account
Book their first appointment through Clinic Connects
Visit the clinic
Complete their new patient exam and cleaning

Once eligibility is confirmed, the reward will appear in the Rewards section of the customer account.

If the dentist recommends treatment during your visit and you complete the recommended treatment with the same clinic, you can receive an additional $50 reward. This means first-time customers can earn up to $150 in total rewards.

Rewards will appear in your account dashboard after receipt verification. Customers can redeem their rewards through a variety of popular gift card brands available across Canada.

Upload a receipt of your appointment after your get service or treatment and claim your rewards instantly.

A prepaid card with the reward amount can be claimed that can be used across whole Canada. Also, Rewards are provided through eligible gift card options available on the platform.

Referral Program

Yes. Customers can refer friends and family to earn additional rewards.

Invite your friends and family to join Clinic Connects and earn rewards together:

Log in to your Clinic Connects account
Go to the Rewards section to find your unique referral link
Share your referral link with friends and family
The new user must create an account using your referral link
Once the new user completes their first successful appointment, rewards will be added automatically

The new user receives a $100 reward and the referring user receives a $50 reward.

There is no limit to referrals and rewards earned by referrals.

For Dental Clinics

Yes. Dental clinics in Canada can register to become part of the Clinic Connects network.

Clinics can apply through the “Ready to Fill Your Schedule” form available on the “For Doctors” page of our website.

Yes. Listing a clinic on Clinic Connects is free.

Our team typically responds to customer and clinic inquiries within 1–2 hours during operating hours.

Insurance & Payments

Many clinics listed on Clinic Connects may accept all major insurance providers and CDCP. Insurance coverage and direct billing options can vary by clinic.

Clinic Connects does not directly process insurance claims. Insurance-related services are handled by the dental clinic.

Privacy & Security

We take privacy seriously and use secure systems to safeguard customer and clinic information. We also limit the amount of personal information collected to only what is necessary to provide our services.

We do not share personal information beyond what is necessary to facilitate appointments and provide platform services.

Future Expansion

Yes. We plan to expand Clinic Connects services to more cities and regions across Canada in the future.
